SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. Our headquarter is located in Yerevan, Armenia, and this role requires relocation.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business plans, market trends, and organizational goals
Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions
Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes, and service levels
Build tools and processes to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilization across teams
Deliver insights on resource efficiency to support data-driven staffing and budgeting decisions
Assess organizational structure effectiveness, identifying improvement areas and recommending optimal team configurations
Partner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design, budgeting, and transformation projects
Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and contribute to company-wide performance reviews
Build and mentor a team of analysts and ensure high-quality delivery, methodology consistency, and stakeholder collaboration
