The HRD leads the HR function of GLOBBING in Armenia. The role builds reliable, business-minded HR that works for both the people result and the financial result of the company, through hiring, headcount, pay and the people system.
Responsibilities
- HR Function Leadership
- Lead the HR Armenia team: hiring, tasks and pay within the approved budget.
- ● Run all operational HR in Armenia
- processes, tools and documents.
- Manage the HR budget.
- ● Keep a single source for HR documents.
- Recruitment and
- ● Run recruitment for all positions below the leadership team, including volume hiring of frontline staff.
- ● Meet the HR service level agreement, with its own time-to-fill deadline for each position type.
