SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our Technology Directorate team.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality development and delivery of projects
Plan, prioritize, and manage team tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines
Oversee software design, development, and deployment processes, maintaining best coding practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team performance
Implement Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security by adopting the latest technologies and best practices
Identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshooting issues effectively
Ensure the team stays updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team
