PopOK Gaming is looking for a motivated Partnership Manager who will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our partners and ensuring seamless communication through direct interactions, such as chats or calls, while optimizing product delivery across gaming platforms. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to the success of our team, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless communication with partners, receive requests, and monitor their execution
- Handle and resolve all product-related questions and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Optimize content positioning across all gaming websites to enhance product visibility and performance
- Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, and yearly reports for management, ensuring accuracy and clear insights
- Provide detailed product information and address inquiries in a professional and engaging manner
- Present product features, benefits, and unique selling points tailored to partner needs
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our gaming products to effectively represent the brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and loyalty
- Gather partner feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Share insights with internal teams to optimize offerings and enhance the partner experience
