ITA Jobs (jobs.ita.am) is an online job directory and CV-matching service: it lists IT vacancies and internships published by employers, and, with your consent, reads your CV to show which vacancies fit you and why. Browsing is free and needs no account. The site is operated by the IT Association of Armenia (ITA); paid features are sold by BIZI LLC (details in section 6). By using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice.

You need an account to upload a CV, save vacancies and use paid features. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. We may suspend an account that is used to scrape the site, to post misleading content or to harm other users. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account settings or by writing to us.

All prices are in Armenian drams (AMD) and include all applicable taxes.

Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa) on the bank's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details. A receipt is sent to the e-mail of your account.

Premium is a digital service delivered immediately, so the 30 days start at the moment of payment. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not used any paid feature (no report opened, no application packet generated). If a paid feature did not work because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within 3 working days, you get a full refund whatever you have used. In other cases a payment is not refunded. To request a refund, write to connect@ita.am from the e-mail of your account with the date of payment. Refunds go back to the card the payment was made from, within 10 working days of our confirmation; the bank may take a few more days to show it.

Vacancies are published by employers and re-checked daily, but we cannot guarantee that every posting is still open or that an employer will answer. Matching scores and reports are advice, not a promise of a job. We may change these terms and the prices; the version on this page applies, and a price change never affects a period you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
