Due Diligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence checks, including reviewing corporate documents and screening individual customers
• Ensure all necessary documents are collected and verified for legal and regulatory compliance
• Maintain and update due diligence records to ensure good legal standing
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing legal documents under attorney supervision
• Maintain and organize legal documentation within internal systems
• Monitor compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to company policies and international regulations
• Manage and organize legal databases, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and accessible
• Assist with compliance monitoring, including maintaining compliance calendars
• Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency of due diligence operations
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and verify due diligence documentation
