Payments Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner Management & Onboarding
• Manage legal agreements with payment service providers to ensure full compliance with betting regulations and internal policies
• Lead and coordinate the onboarding process of new payment partners, ensuring smooth integration with all required systems
• Maintain transparent, consistent communication with all providers to foster strong, long-term partnerships
• Payments Operations & Issue Resolution
• Act as the main point of contact for daily operational matters related to payment processing
• Address and resolve payment-related issues quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted customer transactions
• Monitor performance metrics of payment partners to ensure quality, stability, and operational efficiency
• External Representation
• Represent the company at international iGaming and betting events, industry exhibitions, and networking forums
