Softengine Inc is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead successful implementations of SAP Business One and Acumatica solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. This roleis responsible formanaging the full project lifecycle including planning, scope, budget, timelines, resource coordination, client communication, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for SAP Business One and Acumatica clients
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables
Facilitate projectkickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and PMO processes
Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and issue resolution
Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, data migration specialists, and client stakeholders
Monitor project health, budget burn,utilization, and delivery risks
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary client-facing project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle
