We are looking for a Lead LIMS Engineer to provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS , ensuring uninterrupted lab operations for our global life sciences client. In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the platform, working closely with lab users and IT teams to maintain a compliant, reliable, and continuously improving system that supports R&D, laboratory operations, and scientific data management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SME for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS
- Collaborate with the client's lab users and IT teams
- Manage system configurations, user access, and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents
- Document processes and changes in line with the client's standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the platform
