Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to internal teams and partners regarding system monitoring and service stability
- Maintain and use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager
- Log, analyze, and categorize incidents in Jira Service Management, and escalate issues when needed
- Develop and maintain small automation tools (e.g., Python scripts, Telegram/Slack/Jira bots)
- Administer Linux servers: logs, access control, services, cronjobs
- Document recurring issues and solutions in Confluence
- Work with REST APIs to integrate with third-party systems
- Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends
