Senior IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administrate Google Workspace, JumpCloud (MDM), Atlassian products, and other cloud-based IT systems of the company
• Administrate users' Windows and Mac workstations (installing OS, troubleshooting, installation of necessary software)
• Administrate AWS, including management of IAM, S3 buckets
• Ensuring configuration compliance with security requirements and operational standards
• Participation in the automation of routine operations and continuous improvement of support processes
• Processes documentation and improvement of internal guidelines and instructions
• IT support for office and internal IT systems, including internal network, VPN, antivirus, and other related services
• Monitoring, initial analysis, and triage of incidents, including prompt diagnostics to restore the availability of the company’s IT systems
• Collaboration with other departments to escalate incidents when necessary.
