SoftConstruct is on the search for a new player to join our team. Legal Strategy & Risk Management. Support the General Counsel in developing and implementing the organization’s legal strategy to support business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
Responsibilities
- Legal Strategy & Risk Management
- Support the General Counsel in developing and implementing the organization’s legal strategy to support business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks associated with corporate operations, transactions, and regulatory changes.
- Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Help ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of internal policies, legal guidelines, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Monitor legislative developments and provide updates on regulatory changes that may impact the company.
- Support the oversight of the company’s ethics and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to corporate and industry regulations.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Assist the General Counsel in leading and managing the legal department, including the training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of legal staff.
