Senior Director, Healthcare Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Market development
• Define and refine Oura’s ideal customer profiles across health plans, health systems and virtual care companies.
• Engage with enterprise healthcare prospects where Oura’s continuous wearable signals can improve patient engagement and care delivery, leading to improved health outcomes, greater patient satisfaction and reduced costs of care.
• Map the healthcare buying environment including clinical, financial and technology stakeholders and identify the budget and business case behind each opportunity.
• Turn market feedback into clear recommendations on program packaging, pricing, product priorities, and evidence requirements.
• Balance near-term revenue with longer-term opportunities to establish Oura as a central part of healthcare delivery
• Create demand, sell, and close complex partnerships
• Lead consultative, complex sales processes with senior executives at payers, providers, health systems, and digital or virtual care companies.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new business.
• Translate Oura’s consumer product and platform capabilities into buyer-specific value propositions and credible financial cases.
