We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to own the full client lifecycle—from closing the deal to long-term growth and retention. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building trust with business owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant clients
- Lead discovery calls, demos, and close new deals
- Set clear expectations during the sales process and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities
- Identify risks and proactively work to prevent churn
- Maintain accurate account information and activity in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may evolve based on business needs.
