Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across Western Europe and the Middle East
• Create, adapt and publish content across social media, email, web and other digital channels
• Support employee referral marketing initiatives and candidate engagement campaigns
• Build and nurture talent communities, ambassador programmes and audience engagement initiatives
• Coordinate marketing support for events, webinars, university partnerships and community activities
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting and analysis
• Stay up to date with employer branding, recruitment marketing and digital marketing trends, identifying new opportunities and best practices
• Work closely with recruiters, marketers and business stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
• Use AI tools to support content creation, campaign execution and marketing productivity
