Pascal Gaming is on a search for a new player to join our team. Affiliate & Creator Partnerships: Recruit, onboard, and manage long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners. Negotiate competitive commission structures and supply partners with optimal marketing assets.
Responsibilities
- Affiliate & Creator Partnerships: Recruit, onboard, and manage long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners. Negotiate competitive commission structures and supply partners with optimal marketing assets
- Community & Channel Engagement
- Collaborate with creators and manage targeted campaign messaging across dedicated community platforms (including Telegram and Discord)
- Budgeting & Operations: Track payouts, manage the affiliate marketing budget, and maintain streamlined onboarding, operational support, and query resolution processes
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on core KPIs using advanced analytics platforms to optimize partner performance and maximize player acquisition
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-converting promotional materials, custom creatives, and support major product launches
