Responsibilities

• Draw up plans for reaching the strategic goals, expand the existing market, grow the company's profitability and its standing in the market, and secure a strong competitive position
• Lead and effectively organise the work of the marketing and sales department
• Coordinate the annual sales and marketing plans and the budget forecasts
• Build a motivated commercial team that responds quickly to the state of the market and to its development
• Carry out research into the sale of the products in the market
• Promote the growth and improvement of trade
• Arrange the correct and timely supply of goods
• Track the timely receipt of payment for goods sold
• Forecast and present annual sales
• Calculate product selling prices in line with the company's pricing policy, and organise price reductions, discounts, promotions and other marketing activities
