As Operations Manager Armenia, you will own the end-to-end operational performance of the market. You will lead the local Ops team and make sure we have the right courier supply, strong delivery performance and efficient operations while supporting the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall operational performance of Armenia across delivery, supply and cost efficiency
- Lead the local Ops team and build clear ownership across the team
- Manage courier supply, forecasting, onboarding, engagement and retention
- Plan ahead for bad weather, peak periods, special events and supply gaps
