GortsUp Academy is an education company in Armenia. We run 4–6 month courses in IT, marketing, sales, accounting and project management, both in person in Yerevan and online.
Responsibilities
- Find new lecturers through cold calls, professional communities, Telegram and LinkedIn
- Hold short interviews with lecturer candidates and assess their experience
- Maintain the lecturer database in a spreadsheet or CRM
- Work with current lecturers: inform them about upcoming modules and collect feedback after each module
