Partnership Director

Responsibilities

• Partnership Development & Relationship Ownership
• Own and grow Nucs AI’s portfolio of strategic partnerships with hospitals, academic medical centers, pharmaceutical companies, and imaging networks
• Serve as the face of Nucs AI in partner relationships—embodying the company’s mission, values, and clinical credibility in every interaction
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive clinical data access, product adoption, co-development opportunities, and revenue
• Negotiate partnership agreements, data access arrangements, and collaboration frameworks in coordination with legal and medical teams
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations; be the person they call first
• External Project Management & Delivery
• Take ownership of externally-facing projects and customer engagements—ensuring deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met or exceeded
• Serve as the primary project lead for partner-facing initiatives, coordinating internal teams (medical, product, engineering) to deliver against commitments
• Manage external stakeholder communication, status reporting, and escalation for all active partnership projects
