Content Team Lead (for tutorials) in the Content team. You'll own how Hostinger's tutorials get made - at speed, at quality, and at scale.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput
Set and document the quality bar for all tutorials: human-written and AI-generated, and make sure your team delivers it
Manage, develop, and give regular performance feedback to a team of writers and editors
Identify skillset gaps: close them through hiring, onboarding and developing the people you already have
Build a self-sufficient team that makes decisions without you
