Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution from brief to delivery: clarify requirements, create assets, build campaigns, coordinate approvals, test, and schedule launches.
• Design compelling email layouts, MMS imagery, website banners, and promotional graphics that follow brand guidelines and encourage customers to take action.
• Build and manage email and SMS/MMS campaigns in Attentive, including content, audience selection, personalization, and scheduling.
• Write or refine subject lines, preview text, calls to action, and short promotional copy in clear, accurate English.
• Maintain assigned automated customer journeys, such as welcome, abandoned-cart, and post-purchase campaigns.
• Check campaigns before launch, including mobile appearance, links, offers, audience settings, personalization, and send times.
• Run A/B tests and use performance data to improve creative, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Monitor results, including clicks, conversions, campaign revenue, and unsubscribes, and share practical recommendations with the marketing team.
• Maintain a clear campaign calendar, organized design files, reusable templates, and accurate project status updates.
• Collaborate on creative assets for product pages and paid media campaigns. Experience producing AI-assisted still images and short videos is a strong advantage.
