SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. The Product Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the product lifecycle by enhancing process efficiency, improving cross-functional communication, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization and Partners.
Responsibilities
- 1. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment (Working with Product Teams)
- Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes for the entire
- product lifecycle, from launch and post-launch iteration (e.g., release process, feature
- request intake).
- Product Team Enablement: Serve as the primary internal resource to the Product
- Management, Engineering, and
- Design teams, providing them with the necessary tools
- documentation, and streamlined workflows to maximize their efficiency.
