Head of Marketing and Communications Department

Responsibilities

• Strategy implementation (30%)
• Collaborate with senior management, department heads and the Marketing and Communications team to assess the organization's visibility needs.
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan to increase the organization's visibility, attract donors, supporters, partners and new employees, and enhance the organization's reputation.
• Build and develop cooperation with the media, including traditional platforms (television, radio, print press) and social media channels.
• Manage the process of developing and implementing brand prospects for the organization's programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and strategic priorities.
• Media, communications and publications (20%)
• Oversee the design and implementation of marketing, information and communication campaigns, including the development of layouts, scripts and other creative materials.
• Manage the team's work, contributing to the development of strategies in the areas of search engine optimization, social media management and digital communications.
• Ensure that content fully meets high visual and linguistic standards in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships, "Serun" and other program teams and the Impact teams to develop publications that shape and strengthen the reputation of the "Armenia Education Initiative".
