We are looking for a Social Media Inquiries and Lead Management Specialist (remote). Our team is growing. If you enjoy communicating with people, write clearly, are responsible and organized, this opportunity is for you. Our company is developing its presence on social networks and is looking for a specialist who will become the first point of contact with potential customers: will respond to their inquiries, identify buyers with genuine interest and ensure a smooth handover to the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Processing applications and inquiries
- Monitor all official company platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, e-mail, etc.) and respond to messages, comments and emails in a timely manner
- Provide general information about projects
- Maintain communication standards: tone of contact, response speed, unified style
- Filter out spam, inquiries that are not relevant and not targeted
- Lead identification and qualification
- Ask clarifying questions to establish the customer's interest: type of real estate, budget, purchase timeline, payment method
- Distinguish genuinely interested buyers from random inquiries
- Prepare the client for a phone call or an in-office meeting
- Handover to the sales department and CRM
