Our Pre-Sales team strengthens Alanâs Enterprise and Public sector Sales to better handle the specificities of our largest customers and we're looking for the next Sales engineer to join it. Here are the main missions of the team you will join: Master our platform and support Sales team by enabling them with insights, expertise and the relevant tools; Listen and understand prospectsâ needs and work internally on how Alan can address them best; Build a thorough understanding of the prospect and assess the level of functional alignment with our offering and capabilities;Participate to RFPâŠ
Responsibilities
- Build a thorough understanding of the prospect and assess the level of functional alignment with our offering and capabilities;Participate to RFP submissions and build Alanâs response in collaboration with Sales, Insurance and Product experts
- Act as voice of the customer feeding Alanâs platform roadmap
