Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
Present and sell the company’s product offerings to target clients by clearly highlighting its value.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance, set sales targets, and provide regular reports on progress
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings
Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management
Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
