As Community Growth Lead, you’ll own how Hostinger earns the attention, trust, and loyalty of tech-savvy audiences: developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers who build on infrastructure. You’ll focus on our technical products, including MicroVM, VPS, AI Router, GPU, and Computer for Agents.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the strategy for reaching technical audiences.
- Create and execute the plan for reaching developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers beyond our current acquisition tactics. Choose the channels and formats worth investing in, curate what works, and drop what doesn’t. Start with priority markets such as Brazil and the US.
- Lead content for technical audiences with cross-functional teams. Work with Creatives, PR, and Content to turn what you learn from the community into tutorials, demos, showcases, and user stories, and spotlight community projects that inspire others.
- Develop champions and partnerships.
- Identify and support power users, ambassadors, local creators, and developer groups who can amplify the community.
