Growth Marketing Head

Responsibilities

• Performance marketing at scale. Multi-million-dollar annual budgets across paid search, paid social, creator and emerging channels. You own targets, spend efficiency, and channel strategy for both products.
• Scaling what already works. Established channels are producing — your job is to find the headroom in each, invest where marginal returns are best, and take them to the next order of magnitude.
• Measurement. Attribution, incrementality, LTV and payback models, cohort analysis, campaign dashboards. Every dollar and every channel measured — you build your own reports, query your own data, and find growth others miss.
• The experiment machine. Hypotheses, tests, and scaling decisions run as a system — high velocity, clean measurement, no guessing. You decide what to kill and what to 10x, based on data.
• Automation & tooling. Bid management, creative testing pipelines, audience syncs, reporting — if it can be automated, you automate it.
• Two growth motions. KrispWork’s high-volume prosumer and SMB funnels are different games. You’ll run both and know when to apply which playbook.
