SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept through development, launch, and continuous optimization
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Drive product research, market analysis, customer feedback collection, and competitive benchmarking to shape overall product direction
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to coordinate product releases and ensure high-quality delivery
- Requirements & User Stories
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications that guide development and design teams
- Customer Insights & Innovation
- Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis; generate innovative ideas— including continuous platform features and smart automation—to improve customer experience
