Senior AI-Native Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital solution delivery, from ideation to production roll-out, for complex enterprise environments
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Manage and motivate a multicultural, interdisciplinary delivery team across multiple workstreams
• Oversee project planning, estimation, and execution in technically complex and ambiguous settings
• Drive Agile and Scrum practices focused on delivering measurable business outcomes
• Implement rigorous risk management processes, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks
• Govern delivery across a broad stakeholder board, including C-level executives and government officials
• Support account growth, delivery strategy, and client satisfaction KPIs in partnership with account management teams
• Guide the architecture and integration of backend platforms, including microservices, event-driven systems, and API-led integrations
• Oversee enterprise integration, data architecture, and security for hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
