Human Resources Department Head

Responsibilities

• HR Function Leadership
• Lead the HR Armenia team: hiring, tasks and pay within the approved budget.
• Run all operational HR in Armenia: processes, tools and documents.
• Manage the HR budget.
• Keep a single source for HR documents.
• Recruitment and Succession
• Run recruitment for all positions below the leadership team, including volume hiring of frontline staff.
• Meet the HR service level agreement, with its own time-to-fill deadline for each position type.
• Make offers within the approved pay grid.
• Build ready replacements and successors for risk positions.
