We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR team and report directly to the Head of HR. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an experienced HR professional who can manage and improve HR processes end-to-end across a multi-site, frontline-heavy organization.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and branch-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective and timely recruitment processes.
- Support the design and implementation of personalized and consistent onboarding experiences.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace matters.
- Support constructive effective communication between employees and managers.
- Ensure fair and consistent handling of disciplinary, performance, and employee relations matters.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
