People Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to compensation, benefits, performance evaluations, employee retention, and headcount planning.
• Conduct external market benchmarking, and total rewards pay-gap analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
• Conduct and support annual performance management cycles and incentive calculation processes through accurate data modeling.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and report suites in Power BI for executive leadership and HR stakeholders.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics related to performance distributions, reward allocation, and salary band penetration.
• Working with the Workday HR system on report generation.
• Build and maintain robust financial and compensation models using advanced MS Office formulas and functions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all Total Rewards databases and HRIS platforms.
• Automate recurring HR reporting workflows to drive operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance teams to align reward and performance data with broader organizational goals.
