Senior Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, X, and in-product use, combining product walkthroughs, animation, and storytelling.
• Create video content for smaller feature releases, major product launches, and broader brand communication.
• Translate complex product features into clear visual narratives that communicate real use cases and customer value.
• Record, edit, and animate product UI flows, screen captures, and voiceovers to create polished product demos.
• Use advanced animation, thoughtful transitions, and subtle motion effects to make each video feel modern and refined.
• Use AI tools such as Kling AI, Synthesia, Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney to support scripting, production, animation, and editing.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to shape the creative direction, messaging, and narrative of each video.
• Maintain consistency across motion graphics, titles, product visuals, and Krisp’s broader visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality, platform-optimized video assets on schedule.
