Responsibilities
- Own the email infrastructure.
- Design and run our sending setup end to end: domains, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up, deliverability monitoring and lifecycle email architecture in HubSpot. Inbox placement is your number.
- Build the GTM architecture. Map and own how data moves across HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Gong, KrispWork, Tableau and our automation & data warehouse tools.
- Lead routing, enrichment, scoring and handoffs should just work.
