Every page carries a point of view or it does not ship. Storytelling is not decoration here, it is the product. You will push back on a wall of feature bullets and ask what this page is actually trying to make someone understand, feel and do.

Responsibilities

  • We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the krisp.ai experience.
  • Three business lines ship on their own clocks and land on one website, for three audiences that could not be more different. A professional who wants to sound clearer on a call. A contact center leader evaluating a platform. A developer deciding which SDK to put into production. One technology underneath, three very different journeys on top.
  • Most of this job is not inbound. It is you noticing the two pages quietly competing for the same search, the page that drifted out of sync with the product, the developer journey that buries the one thing developers came for. Some of it you fix yourself. Some of it you hand to the SEO team with the structural context they need. You surface it, you scope it, you make the case, you ship the fix. Nobody has to file a ticket for you to notice.
  • 5+ years in product management, growth, or product marketing, with a website you owned as a product rather than a channel you contributed to
  • Real design literacy. You do not need to open Figma, but you should tell a good layout from a busy one and be able to say why
  • Enough SEO understanding to be a real partner to our SEO team. You do not own the channel, but you know why cannibalization happens, what internal linking does, and how a structural decision on your side helps or hurts theirs
  • Enough technical fluency to work with engineers, and to read a developer-facing page and know whether a developer would trust it
