This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, growing CRM team that has real impact on business performance. You will be working alongside our CRM team, comprised of Sr Director of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Lead, and other CRM associates and coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (both ad hoc and automated), and building of customer segments in our CRM platform (Braze) for our Lifecycle efforts, efforts
- Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap.
- Support upkeep of weekly performance reporting
- Assist in cross-functional (engineering, product, data teams) communication between the CRM team and internal stakeholders/dependencies, including but not limited to
- writing briefs for emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages
- collaboration with data/analytics team to classify/categorize campaigns for lifecycle dashboards/reports
- coordinating copy and design work to ensure deadlines are met
- collaborating with other internal teams to help support their initiatives
- facilitate internal sign-off of communications from internal stakeholders
