We are looking for a Content and Multimedia Specialist who can turn Digitain’s employer brand, culture, and people stories into engaging visual content. The role will own content planning, social media channels, and multimedia production to strengthen our digital presence and employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Concept and create photo, video, and multimedia content capturing life at Digitain — culture, people, milestones
- Lead employer branding content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — posting included
- Shoot and edit end to end, working closely with production teams
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and Leadership to surface stories worth telling
- Manage relationships with local production crews and talent
- Track platform trends and adapt formats accordingly
- Drive content around events, partnerships, and collabs
