Director, LATAM Carrier Relations

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of carrier relations specialists across LATAM, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and region-aware culture.
• Sales Alignment & Demand Strategy
• Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to analyze market trends, understand customer demand, and co-develop country-specific supply strategies tailored to individual LATAM markets.
• Carrier/Supply Partnerships & Negotiation
• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with regional and local carriers and other suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions, expand coverage, and optimize service delivery.
• Regulatory & Market Intelligence: Navigate complex local telecommunications regulations and upcoming policy changes to proactively adapt Twilio's supply strategy and maintain strict compliance across all LATAM territories.
• Performance & KPI Management
• Implement and monitor localized KPIs to assess supplier performance, route quality, and cost efficiency in alignment with regional business goals.
