Responsibilities

- Make explicit platform decisions. Decide which capabilities belong in the shared P2P foundation and which need an Events-specific model. Keep assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks and decisions visible.
- Lead discovery at the source. Work directly with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners and internal GTM teams. Validate through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes and live usage.
- Separate signal from noise. Tell real adoption blockers apart from feature requests and expectations set by incumbent products. Shape problems such as registration, teams and captains, attribution, event operations, participant communication and CRM integrations.
- Own delivery end to end. Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases and decision records. Make day-to-day trade-offs with Engineering
- Design, Analytics
- Research and QA, and surface risks and dependencies early.
- Build for what comes next without overbuilding now.
- Design the first release so it can grow from simple events to advanced team structures, event series and operational workflows.
- Launch through early access programmes (EAPs).
