micro1 is engaging Technical Writers to contribute to a customer’s pioneering AI benchmark project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities
Design and author expert-level evaluation tasks using realistic technical data, such as CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents, reflecting complex real-world scenarios.
Create and curate source material, including product specifications, code samples, SME interview notes, and regulatory documentation.
Develop comprehensive, multi-point grading rubrics (35+ items) assessing agent outputs on accuracy, precision, testability, and audience alignment.
Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to refine deliverables and ensure alignment with benchmark objectives.
