Responsibilities
Participate in SAP Convergent Charging implementation, support, enhancement, and testing activities.
Learn how SAP Convergent Charging supports real-time and batch-based rating and charging processes.
Assist in documenting charging requirements, pricing rules, allowances, counters, charge plans, and usage-based scenarios.
Support the creation and maintenance of charge plans, charging plans, pricing macros, mapping tables, and range tables.
Assist senior consultants in translating pricing requirements into SAP Convergent Charging configurations.
Support the setup and validation of subscriber accounts, provider contracts, charging contracts, and chargeable items.
Assist with the configuration of pricing, discounts, bundles, recurring charges, one-time charges, and usage-based charges.
Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
Prepare test cases, expected results, test evidence, reconciliation reports, and defect documentation.
Assist with the investigation of rejected chargeable items, incorrect charging results, contract errors, and pricing discrepancies.
