Responsibilities
- Handling incoming inquiries from potential clients and providing the necessary consultation
- Working with potential clients who have submitted an application: making outbound calls and supporting them until they become active clients
- Assisting clients throughout the registration and account-opening process
- Redirecting calls to specialists in the relevant departments when necessary
- Ensuring friendly, clear, and professional communication with clients.
