Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation and configuration
• Deliver onboarding, configuration, and deployment activities for customers with active Statements of Work, including authentication setup (SSO / LDAP / Active Directory), API-based data connections, and data validation.
• Support customer integrations: Gather integration requirements and define technical scope with customers, partner with Product and Engineering (who develop and maintain the solutions), and carry out testing, validation, and implementation of integrations with customer engineering and enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ALM,…
• Partner on scoping calls
• Contribute substantive technical input in customer scoping and discovery conversations, translating requirements into SOW-ready technical scope in partnership with Sales and Sales Engineering.
• Manage engagements and grow accounts
• Own project plans, status, and delivery across multiple concurrent customer engagements, and identify follow-on opportunities with Sales.
• Deliver training and documentation: Produce implementation documentation, best-practice guidance, and end-user/administrator training materials.
• Troubleshoot complex issues
• Resolve technical and functional issues during deployment and post-go-live support, escalating to Engineering as needed.
