Technical Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Rallyware’s platform and become a subject matter expert on its capabilities, configuration, and technical implementation
• Partner closely with Customer Success and customers to understand their business processes and technical environments, including technology ecosystems, data and database structures, authentication and authorization flows, integrations, and other technical dependencies
• Consult with customers throughout the implementation process and recommend technical solutions that best address their business requirements
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to customers’ technical teams throughout implementation
• Participate in defining business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and specifications
• Develop technical specification documentation based on requirements defined jointly with customers and Customer Success Managers
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other technical teams to evaluate proposed solutions, validate feasibility, obtain implementation estimates, identify dependencies, and assess potential risks
• Develop high-level technical implementation plans and present proposed approaches, dependencies, timelines, and risks to Customer Success teams and customers
• Build and maintain detailed implementation project plans with clear phases, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines aligned with customer and business objectives
• Create and maintain JIRA epics and tickets based on approved project plans and business and technical specifications
