Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client talent strategy and business goals
- Design and configure Eightfold Talent Management solutions aligned to best practices
- Provide expertise across recruiting, internal mobility, skills architecture, career pathing, and workforce planning
- Translate business requirements into functional design documentation
- Support data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment
- Implementation & Optimization
- Configure Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Skills, and Career Hub
- Conduct system testing and support UAT
- Guide clients through change management and adoption strategies
