We are looking for a senior, product-minded CRO expert to build and own our experimentation engine across Product, Data and Technology. This is not a traditional CRO role.
Responsibilities
- Build and own Holidog's CRO operating system
- Create a framework to collect, organise and prioritise ideas across teams
- Define hypotheses, success metrics and experimentation plans
- Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and marketplace performance
- Analyse user behaviour and business performance using data
- Work with Product and Engineering to execute experiments
- Measure results and document learnings
- Challenge product, UX and business decisions when appropriate
- Help teams make better prioritisation decisions based on impact rather than intuition
- Mentor teams on experimentation best practices and contribute to building a strong experimentation culture
