We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company's digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, managing digital channels, optimizing online campaigns, and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the company's digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with the Content, Graphic
- Design, and Video Production teams to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for digital platforms.
- Create and execute digital campaigns for seasonal promotions, new store openings, holidays, and special offers.
- Drive mobile app downloads, user acquisition, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and optimize key digital marketing KPIs, including Conversion Rate, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and other performance metrics.
