Responsibilities
- Own the AI Narrative
- Translate deep technical understanding of how our AI actually works (models, agentic workflows, data/orchestration architecture) into customer value that resonates with both practitioners and executives.
- Conduct ongoing research into AI market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to sharpen and stress-test Iterable's AI point of view
- Partner with product management to ensure the AI narrative reflects real market shifts and informs roadmap decisions
- Drive customer adoption and expansion of AI capabilities through lifecycle messaging and targeted enablement
- Partner with customer marketing and CS on reference stories and case studies that prove out the AI narrative with real customers
